Cease and Desist Letters
The Illinois Gaming Board has reason to believe the online gaming operators identified below are engaging in unlicensed sports wagering activity in violation of the Illinois Sports Wagering Act (230 ILCS 45), and Illinois Criminal Code (720 ILCS 5/28-1(a)). Accordingly, the IGB issued the following cease and desist letters:
