Technician / Terminal Handler / Sales Agent and Broker License Applications
Any new individual applying for a Terminal Handler, Technician or Sales Agent and Broker License should complete the Video Gaming Technician/Terminal Hander/Sales Agent and Broker License Application and make an appointment with an IGB Casino Office. 1. If you are a Terminal Handler or Technician Applicant/Licensee who is on the “Eligible to Work” list at the IGB website’s Applicant & Licensee Lists, and are applying for a Sales Agent and Broker license:
- Download and complete the Video Gaming Sales Agent and Broker License Application Short Form.
- Submit the completed form via the Sales Agent and Broker Submission Page below.
2. If you are a registered Sales Agent individual who has previously submitted an Exhibit 8D – Sales Agent/Broker Update Form to the IGB:
- Download and complete the Video Gaming Technician/Terminal Hander/Sales Agent and Broker License Application.
- Submit the completed application via the Sales Agent and Broker Submission Page below.
3. If you are an individual who would like to be paid through a business entity, regardless of whether an Exhibit 8D – Sales Agent/Broker Update Form has been previously filed for the business entity:
- Download and complete the Video Gaming Business Entity Sales Agent and Broker License Application.
- Submit the completed application via the Sales Agent and Broker Submission Page below.
