Language Access Services
The Illinois Gaming Board is committed to providing equitable service to all individuals regardless of their ability to speak, read, write, or understand English.
The IGB’s Language Access Plan (LAP) is intended to provide persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) meaningful access and interaction with the IGB in a cooperative and professional manner.
